Method of Preparation

  1. Take 500gm of Ajmi FreshMade Idli podi in a bowl of sufficient depth. Pour 250ml of lukewarm water and knead well-adding salt to taste.
  2. Pour 500ml of lukewarm water to make the batter loose. set aside for 10-12 hours.
  3. the batter is ready to make tasty idlis in idli vessels.
