Ingredients: Rice Flour, Lentil, Yeast.

Method of preparation

  1. Take 500gm of ajmi freshmade instant Palappam (Vellayappam) Podi in the bowl of your mixer. Add 4 tbsp of sugar.
  2. Pour 750ml of lukewarm water to this and stir well for 1 minute in the mixer. set aside for 1 hour.
  3. add salt to taste and make tasty Palappam/Vellayappam in traditional Appa - Chatti.
