Our Chicken Curry Spice Mix is a tasty infusion of spices, tomatoes, and onions that delivers the creamy, delicious flavors of South Asian cuisine. With a quick and easy preparation time, this dish is best enjoyed with naan or rice.

Preparation

  1. Fry two chopped, medium onions (200g) in four tablespoons (60g) vegetable oil to light brown color.
  2. Put in 2 – 3 tablespoons (25-40g) of Chicken Curry Spice Mix.
  3. Cook for another couple of minutes.
  4. Add two medium diced tomatoes and stir occasionally until water evaporates and the sauce thickens like tomato sauce.
  5. Add 1 lb (454g) of chicken.
  6. Bring to boil and add water if required.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Serve with rice or naan.
